压铸是压铸的简称。用液态或半液态金属在高压下高速填充压铸模具的型腔，并在高压下迅速凝固而得到铸件的方法。所使用的压铸模称为压铸模。

精密模具出口:

1.模具基础材料；
2.测距装置可用“哈斯高”；
3.火花腐蚀，镜面光洁度；
4.照片蚀刻；

5.塑料和硅胶模具可提供；

压力通常用于压铸，范围从几兆帕到几十兆帕，初始填充速度在(0.5 ~ 70)m/s范围内。因此，高压、高速是压铸的重要特点。
